Frequently asked questions when signing up.
How do I create a user profile?
- Navigate to the global directory.
- Navigate to the register here section
- Click on the New user registration link
- This will take you to a new page.
- Complete the sign up details e-mail, name and password.
- Click on Register now – voila you have just created your user profile
How do I add my listing?
- If you haven’t already created your user profile follow the steps above.
- Navigate to the Directory page.
- Sign in if you are not already signed in.
- In the drop down menu Add Listing select the desired listing type i.e. event, coach profile etc..
- Select the appropriate package and complete the form.
How do I use my coupon code?
- Coupons are only valid for new listings
- When adding your new listing insert the coupon code into the enter coupon code section.
- Complete the listing.
- The coupon will automatically apply the discount to your listing when checking out.
- You will see the discount on the generated invoice.
I can’t add my region, city or suburb when adding my listing.
- Firstly congratulations you are a pioneer. The first in your city to join this awesome directory!
- Go to the map and drag the google map pin to your desired location for the listing.
- Drop the pin and click on the blue Set Address on Map button.
- This will automatically populate the address fields including zip code
- You will now find the region and city details in the drop down menus in future.
