Frequently asked questions when signing up.

  How do I create a user profile?

  1. Navigate to the global directory.
  2. Navigate to the register here section
  3. Click on the New user registration link
  4. This will take you to a new page.
  5. Complete the sign up details e-mail, name  and password.
  6. Click on Register now – voila you have just created your user profile

How do I add my listing?

  1. If you haven’t already created your user profile follow the steps above.
  2. Navigate to the Directory page.
  3. Sign in if you are not already signed in.
  4. In the drop down menu Add Listing select the desired listing type i.e. event, coach profile etc..
  5. Select the appropriate package and complete the form.

How do I use my coupon code?

  1. Coupons are only valid for new listings
  2. When adding your new listing insert the coupon code into the enter coupon code section.
  3. Complete the listing.
  4. The coupon will automatically apply the discount to your listing when checking out.
  5. You will see the discount on the generated invoice.

I can’t add my region, city or suburb when adding my listing.

  1. Firstly congratulations you are a pioneer. The first in your city to join this awesome directory!
  2. Go to the map and drag the google map pin to your desired location for the listing.
  3. Drop the pin and click on the blue Set Address on Map button.
  4. This will automatically populate the address fields including zip code
  5. You will now find the region and city details in the drop down menus in future.
